Not much of a benefit to do that, I don't think. Many countries control their central bank. The "market" is this really super organic beast that ain't gonna just do something because you tell it to. I mean even brilliant economicists like Warren Buffet say it's all just pissing in the wind. It could come back in your face if the market is just right.
