I appreciate your help, but you are wrong about my team. We are trying to do a lot, and that requires a certain type of person. Some people are not cut out for it.

We can always be better, but it is foolish to judge 30 people from one freelance experience and a job rejection.

It is also wrong to expect people to meet your own personality requirements. I want sincerity and passion, not politeness or niceness (of course those are nice too).

You should be asking yourself how to swim with fish like us, not how to publicly discredit us.
