Those who lean Democrat kept saying not to both sides these issues - but the reality is, the Democrats are still wearing the mask. They seem feckless because they're less concerned with what Trump and co. are doing and more awed that they couldn't figure out how best to do it themselves.

Trump and co. leveraged strong anti-establishment sentiment - as so many pols have done before him - to ensure he became the new establishment.

Thing is... most people don't want an establishment.
