one of the huge problems in the US is that there is NO representation for the 'left' & no messaging.
for a very long time, the Dem party has been a bunch of centrists moving right (with a few exceptions who've been cast aside by the establishment)
& the people in charge of that party are fighting, HARD, to maintain their status as enablers of the GOP
(this is also what makes the entire concept of "radical left' so ridiculous, but we're a country of morons)
