I have no idea. I just re-checked the blocklist and there's like one or two of followers of out users and 99% of the servers are really bad ones. So I doubt this is the reason. Have you checked out Mastometrics etc., can you pinpoint where the followers are from? Could it be that some instance went offline? Sometimes it happens.
