Victor Pamplona, the author of Amethyst, *the most popular Nostr client on Android*, says that the last decade of Bitcoin development has been a lie.
Alex Gleason, the author of Ditto, probably the highest activity web client now, has been similarly publicly critical of Bitcoin and LN.
Just because this place uses secp256k1 doesn’t mean it’s a Coretard zone. Quite the opposite. Most smart people are very upset by the decade of wasted time and ~200 million dollars in resources that have been burnt by a small clique of people that have hijacked control over Bitcoin. Every year the remaining maxis get dumber. It’s just Saylor doing retard videos and then Odell and his clique of retarded podcasters getting people scammed by bad hardware wallets and fake legal defense exit scams.
I think you should more critically evaluate what’s happening to Bitcoin. I was a pretty early Bitcoiner, and I haven’t had a bank or CEx account in about 15 years. I am actually living the real issues of being cut off from the financial system, and Bitcoin doesn’t address any of them. It is just a bag to try to pawn off to pension funds at this point.
