I've heard that there was meant to be an announcement via OpenCollective but a) it didn't work and b) I'm not sure it would have reached meet.social.coop users even if it had.
I think the best bet for now is to use jitsi.meet.coop if that works for you – I personally can't log in on ca.meet.coop with my socialcoop.meet.coop details.
