An hour ago, the only channel I'm interested in watching failed, with perpetual timeouts. Next to the RETRY button, there's a REPORT button.
I have pressed it more than 50 times. In the app on my phone, I was getting alerts telling me my ticket has an update that's waiting for a reply. I go to the place for tickets. It says I have no tickets. Not even "closed."
They just fucking threw them away.
Did I mention their support staff gives free rimjobs?
