Another shoutout to Cory Doctorow (npub1fdr…lvhs) for something I didn’t expect: introducing me to cold brew coffee. His book Homeland (which is really good so far btw) has a little guide on how to make cold brew at home, and I had to try it! Just made my first batch and it was really good!
