Nodes have signalled they will vote on changes - that’s what the Knots adoption has been, and it’s going to be further seen when v30 caps out low after a few weeks and others stick on older versions.
I expect these Core devs being the social retards they are, won’t interpret that signal properly though.
So maybe more explicit voting is required? I don’t know, haven’t thought much about that. What did you have in mind?
