For web uploading those are all pretty big sizes, there is a lot of optimization that can be done to make web loading work a lot better. Lowering resolution, chroma spectrum and higher jpeg compression can leave you with a image that looks the same when viewed in a social media feed, but will be ordered of magnitude smaller.
