This grave is in Eastern Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
There is a doc about the cemetery called Facing East which tells its disturbing history. I've included to text images telling part of the story so read at your own risk.
Ada's grave has been used by local witches for at least the last 15 years since I've been visiting there. The star on her headstone, a symbol of the Order of the Eastern Star, must have confused a witch years ago and Ada became a legend.
