We've now been in the hotel dining room waiting for breakfast for 45 minutes. Manuel took our order 30 minutes ago, Basil came in briefly muttering about wildebeest, Sybil brought some coffee and an apology, and we're hopeful that Polly will actually get some food to us.
Of the four sets of tables, we're exchanging milk, salt & pepper etc because we're all giving up hope.
