I can feel a 2 degree drop, if it's fast enough. Pressure is a bit faster. I can feel the drop several hours before a funnel forms. I have a tornado picture I took after I felt the temp and pressure drop, while my oldest was wondering why I parked. I pointed it out after the funnel started forming.
