I'm looking into lightning on Green now so I looked around a bit for that too.
1. Set up a LBTC wallet in Green.
2. Go here: https://help.blockstream.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000630846-How-do-I-get-Liquid-Bitcoin-L-BTC- You'll see that the easiest way is to buy it on an exchange that will let you withdraw it as LBTC. There is a tutorial for SideSwap there. That's what I would use.
SideSwap is available for ios, Android, Windows, Mac and Linux. It'll be another wallet but if you are only using it to swap it should be empty most of the time. Be aware of fees. Like lightning there is a BTC onchain fee to peg in and out. Also like lightning the fees are lower while using LBTC (which currently has pretty low adoption for regular use.)
