Ugh. The most annoying to me are peoplw who use the first letter only of a word, expecting that everyone knows what they mean.
Te me, that tells me that the speaker knows they are utterly unoriginal, since everyone will know what they mean, and I can therefore ignore them.
My wife just got a Get Well card from her work after her back surgery. One person just wrote "TPs". Took a while to decode that one.
