Create a network bridge, give it an IP or two and add both the ethernet NIC and the WLAN NIC to it, then tell the WLAN NIC to broadcast an access point, everything connecting to that AP will be routed to the gateway, which is the shitty ISP router. You can do all of this with nmtui.
