My blood tests say that I’m 10 years younger, aka 40, and I’m thrilled. So 40 is great.
Once I turned 45 I realized that if I want to fully enjoy my grandchildren and, for example, teach them how to ski, I must focus on being healthy.
Once you turn 40, health FAFO is real. You see it with those who don’t take care of themselves and that motivates me to exercise, eat healthy, and always keep learning.
