As part of balancing life, work, and adventures, I've found it helps to start the day a little slower - a favourite morning beverage in hand, some sunlight, a bit of movement, and space to think before the world starts asking for things.
Creating that space and flexibility for ourselves isn't always easy. Perhaps that's part of the freedom we're all working toward.
