Would you consider building with libwebrtc by default until gstreamer webrtc is ready?
GPL incompatibility of BoringSSL is resolved last month, as they followed OpenSSL and switched to Apache 2.0 license.

I think epiphany with webrtc support would be a great option for people trying to break away from #Google influence (direct and indirect).
