I oiled the pan (olive oil instead of margarine). That kind of oiling used to work with regular crepes, but not with this one's: the oil would "float" and the crepe liquid would still stick to the pan. Also, the old pan might have had micro impurities/scratches from previous times and was specially sticky with this kind of preparation (while it works just fine with the regular one).
