Yeah, I talked to the people and apparently they're helping that mom raise the kittens but I have a sneaking suspicion that that cat who had kittens isn't actually theirs and it's one of the many ferals in the neighborhood and now they're like trying to foster another round of ferals.
Our local shelter has a Spay return program. And supposedly they have worked with that shelter in the past to try to catch what farals they can, spay them and then return them.
But now that I've talked to them, and I know the whole situation, I'm actually pretty pissed off, so I'm gonna wait 24 hours to talk to them when I can calm down.
