I really think the main emphasis here should be that "Oh no, I'm not good at this, you should do it" should not be an excuse to let the woman do the work.
I am a woman and I wouldn't consider myself "good at cooking and cleaning". Somehow I still ended up doing it most of the time in my last relationship...
