"content": "Everyone knows that 5-day RTOs are quiet layoffs, which erodes trust.\n\nThis matters because when you list a position as \"hybrid\", applicants have to ask themselves if the company will just pull the 5-day ripcord some day. \n\nThey're slightly safer is there is NO physical office they can possibly go into, because an RTO then is more explicitly a layoff.\n\nThis means applicants that value *some* WFH have to consider #Remote-only workplaces, despite benefits of hybrid.\n\nhttps://news.stanford.edu/stories/2024/06/hybrid-work-is-a-win-win-win-for-companies-workers",
