ikr. I've always been an e'er, but... go & re-read Jack's article, note he always spells it sans-e [& ditto older articles of his], which today made me flip my lid. But afaict online, both forms seem to be acceptable... tis just that for me, the e-less one looks terribly "wrong". 🤯
