I don't know who has forgotten this, but people have hated Jews since there were Jews. It's disingenuous to suggest that it's a new thing, or merely the result of Israeli state actions.

There are lots of really terrible nation-states, and they usually have really terrible residents, but their inhabitants aren't constantly demonized by the entire world because their inhabitants aren't Jewish.

Also, a large minority of Israel proper's residents are not Jewish.
