For the last two years my bike's rear cog was held in place with epoxy glue and prayers. This happened because the lock nut welded itself to the hub and had to be cut open. The hub's thread was so destroyed that it needed to be replaced. I needed the bike so I McGyvered this solution. This time I put some anti-seize on the thread so this should not happen again.
