11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of strength training.
9 KM of #walking (-8°C, -14 windchill, 70% humidity, and 14 KM/H wind).

Good workouts, then was tempted to try a short test run, caught myself, and will give myself another day or so. Picked up the pace a bit walking too.
