Helped a lady with a flat tyre yesterday. Got the car jacked up, took the nuts off the wheel, and it was locked solid. Wouldnʼt come off, rotate, nothing. Was I missing something? It was an Indian car, Ford EcoSport Mk II. She had already rung the roadside assist through her bank (!), but they were 35 minutes away and I thought I could have her up and running before that. No joy. Once her friend arrived to keep her company I left, and by then the assist person was probably 15 minutes away.
