Thousands of wild birds dying off across #Kansas, experts suspect bird flu
Some estimate more than 1 in 100 birds have died this season. #Birdflu is killing geese in particular. Ducks can still carry it but mostly don’t have symptoms. Geese sometimes die in the water or on land. Other times, they can drop out of the sky in “sudden death,” and game wardens find them that way.
