One of my favorite things about snowshoeing is finding all the animal tracks. Deer, elk, and rabbits are all pretty common in my part of the world. I also saw weasel tracks, a pack of coyotes, probably a bobcat, and finally, mountain lion. A little eerie to see these literally inside my boot prints from the day before. Fortunately they were headed the opposite direction and at least a few hours old.
