Share of house purchases by first time buyers at lowest level since that was first tracked in 1981.
I am unclear what the median repeat homebuyer age means here. Does anyone know for sure? The linked article doesn't clarify. If Bob, age 60, buys 5 houses, does that put 60 on the list from which the median is taken one time (all five purchases are by Bob) or five times (once per purchase)? I am guessing the latter as it seems likely to be easier to measure.
