Yeah turns out retroid didn't talk to either mentioned project about this first, and will be doing all the integration work involved in house. As the owner of an existing snapdragon 865 series phone who has tried , unsuccessfully to run a fully open Linux build on it. I am dubious if only that there doesn't appear to be the surrounding ecosystem around the SoC despite it's Mainline status. It's a resounding; maybe 🤔 from me
