Yesterday's bomber strikes probably do not impact RuAF ability to use the planes for strike packages - they don't need many for that. If an A-50 was struck, that will have an impact. The strikes will affect Ru strategic nuclear force projection though. But more than that, the truck inspections security theater which has now begun will crush logistics.
