It is strange... every time there is a btrfs discussion, you hear all of these horror stories. I do not understand how people manage to torture their file systems that much?

My expectation is that the past couple of years btrfs has become rock solid for production use.

Out of the 8 years I think I was bitten _once_ by not having enough space for automated snapshots. All it took to solve that was some googling and there was no crash or anything.
