Makes one wonder if cameras are concentrated in business districts. Assuming some appear in residential districts are they concentrated in specific census tracts, reported crime areas, ethnic background, or other?

Pair that question with the excuse to install any camera along with how the cameras are actually used. My guess is the response will be something like, "We don't have those numbers."
