If you want to have truly good sex (& I mean literally the best sex of your life), you have to cut out the gendered expectations & assumptions & recognize the fully autonomous, individual person(s) with whom you are having sex.

Sex is individual & personal to everyone involved. It doesn't have to all be soft & gentle (believe me: I wouldn't want that), but it needs the foundation of interpersonal respect & understanding.
