training plan / goals for me. Currently I’m in week 5 of a 12 week block culminating in the UTMB Arc25 (40km race). That’s helping me focus on training over the darker months. Next week I’m doing a 6hour event, the Dormouse Challenge, to see how far I can go, and if my current favourite fuelling works (Pinole). Then I’m in a relay race the following Sunday, just seeing what pace I can maintain over 18.5km flat trail. Further ahead, I’m doing the UTS50, again! 🙂
