但其实很多人类也没强到哪去。遥想十年前我组新来了个 YOE 挺长的 SDE I，入职没几个月立刻发现为啥这么久了还是 I，就那种自己写的 PR 被 approve 了之后自己偷偷改掉 push 然后 test fail 了又偷偷把 test disable 了继续 deploy 最后搞出 sev2……咋想的啊我这么厌班都想不到人工作咋能敷衍到这个程度，纸糊的轮子也真敢上路然后 hope for the best 那种……
不过当年也是混日子的好时候，烂到这种程度而且还有同时间招进来比他靠谱一万倍的 new grad 做对比惨不忍睹，就这也过了快两年（！）才被 PIP……
