In case some of you listened to the @npub1000…asew and / or @npub10at…02w3 and are now wondering what the spine of The NoGood Book actually looks like, here are some pictures.
The book has an exposed spine. There are 272 pages in total, which means there are 17 sections (each containing 16 pages). Before folding the pages, a very small strip of a larger graphic (the block numbers and NoGood logo) is printed on the back of the sections. When the pages get folded, bound and glued, the full graphic appears.
It's one of the few design choices that didn't change during the production process, and I love how it turned out. It adds a lot of character to the book, and reflects the open-source and open web ethos I've grown so fond of over the last 5 years.

You need to automate more. Have the notes one-click produced from a custom browser extension with a nice parser, for instance. Have the initial preselection done by a custom AI. etc.

Yes, not directly, but indirectly. Giving people the idea that a contentious soft pork pushed through without a URSF it's not only doable, but more likely. To be fair, to BIP110 though, the SegWit soft fork really opened this door and BIP110 methodology is just widening it.
Remember, there's literally nothing anyone can do about someone spinning up fake pubkeys. That is a serious validation vulnerability and I don't think there's any (palatable) way to do anything about that.
