Yes, Bitcoin can bypass financial sanctions, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're accumulating it. More likely, they're spending it as soon as they receive it. War doesn't allow nations to save, it forces them to spend.
And when Bitcoin is sent to another country to get around transaction, who's to say those counterparties aren't immediately selling it?
If those recipients are converting Bitcoin back into fiat, and there isn't enough buy-side demand to absorb the supply, the fiat price falls.
In that scenario, the Bitcoin network continues functioning exactly as designed, but the market price still dumps because the marginal flow is overwhelmingly sell-side.

In 2018 I met a team lead of a pattern recognition and ML group with serious funding at an oil company. After 3 years of work they'd achieved >90% accuracy on automated geological layer picking for 3D model building. It was amazing. Yesterday due to a little curiosity, I vibe coded one up with 70ish accuracy in around 6 hours. Would obviously not have been so easy to do without all the skills etc I've been building up but still, getting left behind on productivity is a choice and now might just be the time to choose wisely

I guess I just didn’t really know what custom emojis were. I was referring to being able to select the color of the skin tone for the regular emojis. i’ve always wanted nostur to support the different skin tones. It shows up on Nostur for post, but I’m talking about emojis for reactions reactions instead of how primal just does hearts only on Nostur I can only do one skin tone of all the emojis I wanna do different skin tones for reactions.
