It depends. What does it mean to you?
I wrote it in the message, I thought it was understandable.
TvTime is an app with a community of TV series enthusiasts where users could keep track of the episodes they’d watched and comment on them.
As it’s a centralised app, now that it’s closing down there are millions of users who don’t know what to use instead that offers the same features.
There are dozens of similar apps, but none quite like TvTime, and I thought someone might seize the opportunity to attract more users to Nostr by creating an alternative app.
It's a gap that needs to be filled

TV Time shuts down July 15, 2026.
Since 2012 it accompanied millions of enthusiasts: episode tracking, shared lists, global community, personal stats.
Over 25M registered users over the years.
For many it was the digital home where they followed TV shows for over a decade.
Now it's leaving without a viable decentralized alternative.
Existing centralized options: Trakt, Serializd, BingeBoxd. They work well but reproduce same risks: limited scalability, single control points, dependency on individual servers and uncertain company futures.
One question I'm sitting with: is there concrete room for a native Nostr-based TV/movie tracker?
Technical feasibility looks accessible:
• Mature protocol (JS/Rust/Go/Python libraries)
• Blossom servers for distributed media storage
• Wisp-style key recovery already possible
• Existing NIPs cover core use cases
• AI coding assistants lower technical barrier
I'm not an expert dev, just noticing this gap. Could more experienced builders see opportunity here?
Why Nostr? When centralized apps die, data disappears. A public protocol outlasts companies.

Sorry, I didn't read all the guidelines and I put the first things I found without following the rules 🙏
I have the node on Start9, when I have some time and desire I'll try it.
I've actually thought about switching from Bitcoin Core to Knots, but I'm afraid it would mess up.
I also read that if Knots is not set up correctly there is no point in setting it to the default settings.
I like this chair not because it is ‘beautiful’ in the traditional sense, but because it has such a strong presence.
It seems like an object that tells a story.
The price in sats on my paintings hasn't changed! ⚡💪

Una delle maggiori soddisfazioni che ho, da quando vendo i miei dipinti, è che nessuno mi ha mai detto:
"Il dipinto era meglio visto in fotografia".
E questo per me vale moltissimo.
Ovviamente curare i sintomi è spesso più remunerativo che eliminare le cause.
Ma le società più efficaci cercano di fare entrambe le cose: offrire strumenti di protezione immediata e, parallelamente, affrontare le radici dei problemi.
