Every major AI assistant is shaped by training data, safety policies, corporate priorities, legal risk, system instructions, and value hierarchies.
The output is not a blank mirror.
It is governed.

— the difference between statistical bias and corporate governance
— simulated empathy and psychological framing

The question is no longer simply:
“Is your AI biased?”
It is:
“Can you see the values shaping its answers before they begin shaping yours?”
