Imo the biggest difference is that private debt bubble peaks are more disinflationary than people think. Money-printing offsets debt destruction.
Public debt bubble peaks are more inflationary, with rising fiscal deficits no longer offset by falling interest rates.

ecash is mainly a privacy upgrade for custodial wallets. being the only person using a mint defeats that benefit. you can still it as vouchers to send people money from your node though.
Ecash denominates your Bitcoin balance. If you have a node you can run a mint but using it by yourself limits its utility.

I am not really seeing this. We are able to power a bunch of users on like $4k of our own equipment to do some pretty decent work right now. This would have been impossible 6 months ago. Let’s see where we go from here!
