Depends on you.
If you're the kind of person who likes tp understand everyrhing with detail from first principles, python is a bad choice. It does a lot under the hood which kind of prevents you gtom understanding how computers actually work.
If you don't want to get too deep and just want to build something simple or a prototype, python is a great choice.

Day 2 after muting the words that should not be named:
It's been very pleasant. I've seen art, tech, culture and discussions about day-to-day stuff.
Some stuff that should be muted still gets through because it's text in jpeg memes, but it's fine.
My feed is much much thinner, which is a good thing. Less time wasted on social media is much healthier.
Lastly, muting all that stuff causes me to get less angry and enter meaningless pointless discussions.
I'll keep the filters for now!

Ok it turns out muting "nostr" absolutely breaks it in non-expected ways. Notes containing nostr.build url images get muted and any note quoting also causes a mute since it includes the "nostr:" uri string.

Always start a new feature branch by always branching off origin/master using `git switch -c feature/branch origin/master` (previous git fetch required obviously).
Then after pushing it remotely, reviewal and approval, you can merge it directly to origin/master or, if your repo policy is avoiding merges, you can push the feature branch directly to origin/master using `git push feature/branch: master`

Yeah, key derivation is hard. Wallets that went through a lot of whirlpool mixes are very deep in their address derivations which causes most electrum server implementations to be very slow in those cases.
That's why Fulcrum was recomended, or even Samourai built another backend (the dojo) which was just a wrapper sql DB for fast lookups from an xpub.

I remember reading somewhere that perfect competition under a free market was not really stable nor desirable.
This is because it causes profit margins to tend to 0 which has 2 negative effects:
* makes companies more fragile to externalities
* does not allow companies to accumulate treasuries that enable them to do research, innovate, take risks, etc
The end result is a stale stagnated balkanized economy. The corollary is that some market imbalances and assymetries are healthy.

My main client makes regular donations to the FOSS project it uses and relies on and also upstreams code improvements.
