Sometimes, labeling changes take a long time. Sometimes, they don't. Within these couple or few months, a number of brands have added Canadian markings to their labels that weren't there before. Often it's down to the size of the company and the size of their printing contract.

Yes, I know. And right from its inception, Israel "displaced" (at the absolute least), and the way it happened is what began what's still going on today. But back then, one far enough removed from the conflict could more easily understand it and the word to be less extreme. Not so today.

My wife once left a closed can of pop in the cup holder in her mother's car in winter. It froze, the water content expanded, and the can couldn't hold it. But it didn't just rupture at the intended opening. It *did* rupture there, shooting pop all over the ceiling of the car. But it also ruptured at the bottom in the same instant (glad she wasn't in the car at the time) with such violent pressure that it blew a hole through the cup holder into empty space. You could see the driveway.

It is my firm belief that Trump and Putin are "negotiating" about Ukraine so that Putin can get Ukraine settled, to move a lot of those troops and materiel east. Then Putin invades Canada from the northwest, and Trump will march up over our border "because Canada can't defend itself and needs protection". They will stage a few "battles", meet in the middle, draw a line and divvy up this country. North is New Russia, south is an American protectorate. Forever.

Yes, I have many successful dracaenas (sanseveria as a group got reclassified recently), and have made more from them. I have a thing for vining plants, though, and forgot to say that in my question. So far, I have successfully made more from pothos, various dracaena, jade plant. I *briefly* had success planting the "babies" from a big spider plant, but then they all died, including the "momma", and I never figured out why

Do you remember that thing back in... late 90s? A police service (OPP?) was giving away car stickers if you donated money to their thing? People lost their shit at the *potential* where people with the stickers *might* not get tickets. The whole thing was scrapped because of the *possibility*. I miss those halcyon days, when we could actually hold our law enforcement personnel and their organizations to some kind of standard...

First, as a side note, you're not only right technically, but in my opinion, spiritually--the "police union" is not a union (I support unions).

At election time, I always say, don't expect a party or candidate to be perfect; vote for the one that's closest, and try to move them in the direction you want.
But I'm realizing that there's a problem with that: The parties don't move. Or when they do, it's not because the electorate has pushed them to. The tail wags the dog now. They set policies and platforms as they wish, and tell us that we should want them. I call bullshit.
