The current DoJ was a party of this case and withdrew expecting the case to simply die; whatever reasoning they had for that would be the reason for SCOTUS to kill it. The current corrupt federal gov got paid by someone to let Ticketmaster keep their monopoly.

I prognosticate an appeal to the Supreme Court to vacate the entire case due to it being an interstate commerce matter that the Federal DOJ dropped making any state cases moot.

they're going to have to make some big changes to the story. In the game the complete ejection of everything we knew about the main characters to create 180 degree unbelievable actions and choices wasn't even attempted to be earned.
