Yes, there are Halloween costumes in Costco on July 17th. I saw a mom holding up a Halloween costume in the Costco checkout last week, but I hoped it was an X Files type of hallucination. I didn’t want to believe. 😉

Good for you for staying safe. I got Covid for the first time in August. It lasted 25 days. I saw two doctors and ended up in the ER. I was so nauseated, I couldn’t eat. I lost down to 105 lbs. I’m 5’7”. It was awful.

The entire church system is extremely misogynistic. In their view, voting against women’s rights is paramount. The church is selfish. When other churches house the homeless in freezing temperatures, the Mormon church lets them freeze to death on the streets. The church is repressive. They are anti-LBGTQ. There’s an undercurrent of racism. What candidate do they sound like to you? 😭

I ended up calling the suicide hotline today. I was so upset about the election, I started speeding, and I thought how easy it would be to end it, but there were too many drivers around me, and I didn’t want to hurt anyone. The operator at the hotline said they were getting a lot of calls like mine today. Please don’t hurt yourself. Please call a hotline if you need to.

So, I had the hubris to think that I belonged to the special group of people who would never get Covid. I reasoned that with my healthy diet and fitness level, I was exempt. Perhaps I even had resistant genes. Yeah, no. Today is the 20th day of Covid. I’ve lost so much weight that I had to go to the ER. I’m 5’7” and was down to 105 lbs. Please be careful.
