Hard to believe fluctuations in the weather (I believe this is the result of #climatechange) as here in Texas it is spring-like sunny weather. I’m making sun tea today, five years ago at this time I was living through the worse winter storm in Texas history with rolling blackouts, water shortages, and many deaths.

Ever heard of the children’s book “A is for Alien”? It is the best/worse kid’s book ever. Very dark. My granddaughter Evie waddled over and handed it to me, saying “A…A…A…”. It’s her fave book. “F is for Facehugger. You don’t want it to give you a hug!”
Best part of this is one of Evie’s middle names is Ripley (not a joke). Her first name is after a relative but shortened to Evie because of the strong female character from “V for Vendetta”. Her birthday is Halloween, almost as cool as if she’d been born on November 5th.

SunOS was pseudo closed source, in that of an established customer could purchase a copy. Acquiring a copy was nice, one could trade for let's say a zero day or something. CALEA was one of the "benefits" of this type of trading.
