Just released Eleventy Excellent 4.0! Now with the Eleventy Image transform method, cascade layers, a new color system and some more.

🙂 Is the emoji representation of their mouth smiles, but their eyes don't. Only surpassed by this chap here: 🙃 never seen that one outside of a passive aggressive context.

I'm currently reading a very nice book on typography (Thinking With Type by Ellen Lupton), and I have noticed with slight concern that I'm no longer able to casually glance at type. I'm now staring at weird things like "eyes", "arms" and "counters" that only I can see, and I find myself trying to determine if the logo on my beermat is Humanist or Transitional. Not sure I'm happy about this new obsession, but I guess that's where I'm at now (also, I have a feeling it's only going to get worse)

Oh yes! My grandparents left me alone with Watership Down, convinced it was a nice movie for children. I don't want to watch that ever again. I think many people share this traumatic experience
